Role: This position will be responsible for expanding Baker’s transportation engineering practice in Wisconsin through technical expertise, project experience and client relationships. In this role, the candidate will need to be able to function as a senior roadway engineer and/or project manager on major transportation projects while mentoring and developing staff. The candidate will also play a key role in staff recruitment, growing the office, and developing new business.
