Plans to build a $62 million, extended-stay hotel in the Longwood/Fenway neighborhood were given the green light by the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
Construction of the 183-room, mid-priced hotel at 121 Brookline Avenue, will add 150 new construction jobs and 45 new full-time jobs, the BRA said. Construction is set to begin in the fall of 2011.
